ALR offers a comprehensive Landscape Management Plan to applicants, and as part of our deliverable for a Landscape Project. This is our effort to establish trust with our team upfront and to show how we can be a valued partner for your landscape needs. A Landscape Management Plan will include the following sections: • Landscape Management Approach • Property Assessment • Landscape Design Plan • Landscape Management Schedule • Landscape Management Areas • Landscape Management Tasks • Native Vs. Invasive Plants • Suburban Ecosystem Initiative • Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Approach From the start, we will be hands-on with your landscape by performing soil tests, lab tested through University of Delaware Cooperation Extension, Delaware Soil Testing Program. This allows our team to learn about your soil, turf type, pH, Macro & Micronutrients levels and availability, detection for trace elements, and provide lab recommendations for application. Landscaping is a science, and an accredited lab test report is the basis for understanding best practices for your particular property.
